After all, we provide the absolute best when it comes to our clients. Nobody out there can come close to providing the training experience you will get when you attend our course.
For example, we provide the:

Know Windows Server Clustering inside/out
Best Courseware
See the outline of this course here. We bet that what you want to learn is in there.
Several hundred hours went in to developing the courseware. It is in full color, with detailed graphics, and lots and lots of information. Every training center that has seen this course has expressed to us just how impressed they are with the high quality. Because we maintain the courseware, it also means that it is constantly updated with the latest and greatest information.
In your courseware binder, you will receive:
Over 350 pages of color filled content covering hardware, the operating system, installation and configuration of clustering, and detailed information on clustering Exchange and SQL
Over 125 pages of labs that will become great resources for you (imagine labs that not only work in class but will work in your office or home after the course) and provide the basis of installation documents for your business
A course CD with a great deal of white papers and videos on clustering that you can use as research material in the future
A course DVD with tons of software
The labs, over 125 pages, are key to providing hands on training experience over multiple types of clustering. Over twenty separate labs allow you to pick and choose so that you can customize your own course. While some of the labs are required, like the installation labs, the majority of them can be done at your own pace and you can do the ones that interest you most. You do not have a lab partner until the very last lab which is done as an entire class. There is nobody to hold you back or to push you too fast. You do the labs the way you want and at the speed you want. The labs will cover:
- Installation
- Configuration
- WINS
- DHCP
- 5 Different File Sharing technologies
- Printing
- Generic - Server, Script, and Application
- MSDTC
- SQL 2000 & SQL 2005
- Exchange 2003 & Exchange 2007
- Network Load Balancing (NLB)
- Windows Server 2008 Failover Clustering
To top off the lab experience, your trainers will be glad to provide you lots of choices. For example, do you want to install Service Pack 2? Would you like to try Windows Server 2003 R2? Whatever twist you want to put on the labs, we will work with you.
You get a custom training experience, but at the same time you also get the dynamics of the classroom environment.
Best Training Centers
We have worked hard to identify some of the best training centers and organizations around the world to host our classes. Because of this, we can take our training on the road. Look for us in Europe later this year, for example. Next year, we may hit Asia.
The training centers will provide quality equipment, a top notch training environment, and will handle you with kid gloves because they not only want to make us happy, they want to see you attend their center for other training courses that they offer.
Price?
The price for our course is set by our partners. We feel they know their markets better than we do, and we do not want to be in the business of dictating pricing to our partners. So, to find out how much the course will cost, and to negotiate any volume discounts, you will need to contact the partners as listed on our Schedule page. Just click on the Schedule button on the left and it will take you there.
We do offer dedicated/private classes. If you want us to come to your company, we are more than glad to do that. The pricing for private classes breaks down like this:
Our Fee - $16,000 for four days at your location teaching the course for up to 19 students
Materials - The courseware, printed in brilliant color, along with a student CD and a student DVD is $175 per student.
Computers - We expect that computers meeting our standards (basically the requirement is 2 GB of RAM and 40 GB of free disk space and they should run Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition) will be provided by the company. If we need to provide equipment, we will charge for rental.
Training Room - We expect the company will provide a training room with an Ethernet network connecting all student computers and the instructor computer (which we bring with us). If we need to find the room and configure it, we will have to add that to our fees.
Yes, we agree that private classes are expensive, but if you have 10 or more students, it is a good price per student and generally will be cheaper than a public class. We do prefer, though, that everyone attend the public classes. We believe very strongly in student interaction and there is much better peer to peer learning in an environment where there are people from different companies with different job experiences to share.
If can be clustered, we can show you how!
and we will...
