We can can be reached via E-mail at the above address and they can also be contacted through the Microsoft Public Newsgroups for Microsoft Cluster Technologies. A little browsing of the posts in the Newsgroup will show one of our staff doing their thing: Helping others with Clustering.
Using any newsreader, such as Outlook Express, you can add the Microsoft Cluster Newsgroups and post questions for the community. Since we are extremely active in these newsgroups, you will be able to quickly see our depth of knowledge. The instructions on how to access these newsgroups are listed here for Outlook Express.
Start Outlook Express
In the Tools menu, click on Accounts.
In the Internet Account dialog box, click on the Add button and select News.
In the Internet Connection Wizard, enter your name and click Next for the Display name.
Enter your email address in the E-mail address field and click Next.
Type news.microsoft.com for the News (NNTP) server field and click Next.
Click Finish to complete the addition of the server account information for the Internet Connection Wizard.
Click Close to close the Internet Accounts dialog box.
For the “Would you like to download newsgroups from the new account you added?” dialog box, click Yes.
In the field labeled “Display newsgroups which contain:” enter the word cluster.
While holding down the Ctrl key, click microsoft.public.exchange.clustering, microsoft.public.exchange2000.clustering, microsoft.public.sqlserver.clustering, and microsoft.public.windows.server.clustering and once they are all highlighted, click the Subscribe button.
Click OK.
In the left pane in Outlook Express, you will now see news.microsoft.com and if you expand it, you will see each of the clustering newsgroups. From here, you can select the different groups and read the existing posts and post your own questions.
